In-stock orders are prepared within 2–4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Made-to-order or personalised pieces may require additional time shown on the product page.
Delivery in India
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹1,999; the applicable fee for smaller orders is shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once dispatched, we will email or message your tracking number. Courier scans may take up to 24 hours to update. Please ensure your phone number and address are complete so the courier can reach you.
Delays and exceptions
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Severe weather, remote locations, public holidays or carrier disruption may cause delays. Our concierge will help investigate shipments that exceed the expected window.
International delivery
International shipping is available only to selected destinations. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility and may be collected locally before delivery.
